Sunset Yoga and Sound Healing

ZiegenVine Homestead is excited to colaborate with yoga instructor Amber Twigg to bring you a unique mindful yoga event on the Homestead.

Join us for an hour of sweet mindful body movement through yoga followed by a half hour of deep sound healing to relax and balance your whole soul. Enjoy the beautiful sounds and vibrations from quartz crystal bowls. It will be easy to ground; being surrounded by the breathtaking view Mother Nature provides.

Plans for the evening:

6 -6:55 p.m. : come early to visit with the goat herd

7-8 p.m; Gentle Yoga with Amber Twigg

8-8:30 Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls

Immediately following Soung Healing join us around a campfire for S'mores.

Be sure to bring support like a yoga mat, pillows, comforts in the form of blankets, extra clothing layers or an eye pillow and possibly a lawn chair for the campfire. You are welcome to bring beverages and snacks to enjoy during sunset and around the campfire.
