Sunset Yoga and Sound Healing with S'mores!

ZiegenVine Homestead is excited to bring back yoga instructor Amber Twigg to bring you a unique mindful yoga event on the Homestead. 

Join us for an hour of sweet mindful body movement through yoga followed by a half hour of deep sound bath to relax and balance your whole soul.    Enjoy the beautiful sounds and vibrations from quartz crystal bowls.  It will be easy to ground; being surrounded by the breathtaking view Mother Nature provides.  

Plans for the evening: 

5 p.m. : if you'd like to visit with the herd and see the animals around the homestead. 

6-7 p.m;  Gentle Yoga with Amber Twigg

7-7:30 Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls  

Immediately following Soung Healing join us around a campfire for S'mores.  

Be sure to bring support like a yoga mat, pillows, comforts in the form of blankets, extra clothing layers or an eye pillow and possibly a lawn chair for the campfire.  You are welcome to bring beverages and snacks to enjoy during sunset and around the campfire.  

***The goats will not be at yoga- we welcome you come early to visit with the herd from 5 p.m. - 5:50 p.m.***
