Womens Only Introductory Self Defense Class -
Most criminals who target women regardless of the crime, begin their attack long before you see them. They look at how you move, how you walk, how you use eye contact, how you interact with others.
Come to this workshop expecting to learn the basics of situational awareness and how to defend yourself in case of an attack. Â Â Â
Please wear comfortable clothing. Â
You will be welcome to tour ZiegenVine Homestead after the session is over. Â
